UNCF Celebrates Three Years of UNCF/Koch Scholars Program

“UNCF is excited to...join together with our partners, Koch Industries and the Charles Koch Foundation, in celebrating the success of our students." —Dr. Michael L. Lomax

UNCF, the nation’s largest and most effective minority education organization, this week highlights a three-year partnership with Koch Industries, Inc., and the Charles Koch Foundation, through the UNCF/Koch Scholars Program. This $25 million initiative demonstrates how principled entrepreneurship, economics and innovation contribute to well-being for individuals, communities and society. The goal of the UNCF/Koch Scholars Program is to support students in their understanding of entrepreneurial principles and encourage their exploration of a marketplace of ideas rooted in the values of respect, humility and integrity.

The week features several activities in Wichita, home base of Koch Industries, that highlight the UNCF/Koch partnership and the UNCF/Koch Scholars Program. >> Read More
