Closing Soon: Ossie Davis Legacy Award Scholarship
he award provides scholarships to African American incoming freshman, college sophomores, juniors, seniors or graduate students attending select HBCUs and majoring in African American Studies, Communications, Education, Fine Arts, Humanities, Performing Arts, Political Science, Social Sciences, Theater Arts/Drama or Visual Arts. Closes Nov. 9.
Closing Soon: The Frederick Douglass Bicentennial Scholarship Program
This new scholarship honors and commemorates the works and influence of Frederick Douglass, offering awards to college seniors attending HBCUs. Closing Nov. 16.
UNCF-Northrop Grumman Corporation Scholarship
The offer is for sophomores, juniors or seniors majoring in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering or Systems Engineering. Students must attend one of the many institutions listed on the information page. Closes Nov. 26.
Jack and Jill: Jacqueline Moore Bowles Scholarship
The $2,500 needs-based scholarships are for returning college students who will begin their junior or senior in the fall of 2018, majoring in Communications. Closes Nov. 26.
William Paxton Cary Scholarship
This memorial scholarship is for graduate-level students studying Law, Medicine or Political Science. Closes Nov. 29.
The Cooper Industry Scholarship supports engineering or business students at accredited four-year colleges and universities for the 2018-2019 academic year. Students must have a 2.75 GPA minimum. Closes Nov. 30.

The Shirley Levitin Scholarship (Ohio)
The one-time award of up to $2,475 is directed towards college freshmen who graduated from Franklin County, Ohio, and who participated in sanctioned athletics and maintained academic excellence. Closes Dec. 7.
Isabelle Gaines Scholarship (Virginia)
The needs-based offer is open to college freshman, sophomore and juniors who are 2016, 2017 or 2018 graduates of Essex County High School in Tappahannock, VA. Students should be majoring in Art, Education, Business, History, STEM or related-majors, and attending a UNCF-member institution or an HBCU. Closes Dec. 15.
Walton-UNCF K-12 Education Fellowship
The Walton-UNCF K-12 Education Fellowship is a leadership and talent development initiative aimed at building a robust pipeline of high-achieving African Americans engaged in education reform in America. The program selects undergraduate juniors from select HBCUs to participate in a leadership development and paid intern placement program that partners with innovative K-12 educational reform enterprises. Closes Jan. 13, 2019.
Parkview Health Corporate Scholars Program (Indiana)
UNCF and Parkview Health are offering an internship program for sophomore students who are residents of or attending a higher education institution in Fort Wayne, Indiana. Closes Feb. 1, 2019.
PayPal is seeking undergraduate and graduate students of color with a minimum GPA of 3.0 and above to apply for a paid internships starting in June of 2019. web development, in Java and Java Script programming languages (for software engineering applicants) and/or provide information on your related projects or internships. Closes Feb. 28, 2019.
