2018 Walk for Education - New Orleans

The 31st Annual New Orleans Walk/Run for Education has become an anticipated family-oriented 5K (3.1 mile) walk and certified run for corporate teams, fraternities, sororities, groups, churches, organizations and individuals who realize that "a mind is a terrible thing to waste"® and understand the importance of "giving back."

For over 74 years, UNCF has provided financial and technical assistance to our 37-member HBCUs. This important event provides scholarship support to students from low-income families, giving them the opportunity to earn a college degree and to help better our community.

Registration is open—get your teams together and start training!

Please note: A donation to the Walk is not a registration. All participants must pre-register online or register on-site.
