2019 Central Florida 5K Walk for Education – Orlando Community Fair

The 12th annual UNCF Central Florida 5K Walk for Education, presented by UNCF Orlando,  is a broad-based community fundraising event in which you can recruit individuals, family members, friends and co-workers to participate in the non-competitive Walk to raise much-needed funds for UNCF. The only competition is for the prizes, which goes to the team captains based upon the amount of funds raised.

Signature Level (Exclusive – $25,000+)

  • Your company will be the only sponsor of the UNCF Central Florida 5K Walk for Education race event benefiting students of low-income family households to obtain a higher education.
  • Any race promotion including print, online, television broadcast, and radio PSAs will include your company name.
  • Opportunity to host kick-off event
  • Opportunity to provide promotional flyers in runner packet and distribute at the event
  • 10×20 tent, table and two chairs at event to interact with event attendees
  • Opportunity for mascot/spokesperson to appear at event

Relay Runners’ Circle – $2,500 (up to 15 people)

Walk, Run, Lots More Fun!

All teams must have all their participants registered online by 5 p.m. on September 1, and on-site registration is 7:00 a.m. -7,:45 a.m. on the day of the event.

The walk begins at 8 a.m.

 

Diaper Derby 

On your marks, get set, go! Gather your family and friends and watch your little one race across the finish line.

  • Every baby must be registered before the Diaper Derby begins, before the award ceremony
  • Babies must be at least six months old and not be able to walk
  • Babies must have an adult with them at all times

 

Volunteer Opportunities
