Job Description:

The Event Coordinator creates a connection between Alumni and current Scholars to build a foundation for their career success and enhance the educational goals, leadership skills, as well as cultural and community experiences.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Coordinate event logistics, meeting and conference planning
  • Povide support to LDP managers for ongoing Leadership Development initiatives
  • Serve as liaison to partner organizations and serve on various planning committees
  • Assist with the preparation of internal and external reports
  • Respond to Scholar inquiries regarding conferences/events and Academic Support
  • Assist the Events Manager with the planning, coordination and execution of multiple events

    Requirements:

    Bachelor's degree from an accredited four year college/university required with a minimum two years of experience with events planning in college/university setting or in hotel, tourism or hospitality industry.

    Additional Requirements:
