Job Title:   Director of Individual and Planned Giving


The Director of Individual and Planned Giving supports the mission of the organization by designing and implementing a program that identifies prospective major gift donors for UNCF. This position manages the organization's principle gifts fund-raising program by increasing restricted and unrestricted revenue through the solicitation, cultivation and stewardship of high potential individual prospects. The Director will also be responsible for developing and implementing plans for securing major and deferred gifts from donors through estate planning and other types of gifts.

Job Title:   Relationship Manager

Description:  The Relationship Manager is responsible for managing over 50 designated scholarship programs that are administered by the Program Services department, including interacting with donors, students, and departmental staff to maintain and create new programs. The Relationship Manager is also responsible for relationship building and maintenance with the desired result of program renewal, increases in funding opportunities and customer/client engagement. Assignments may be based on the geographical area in which the program is administered and/or the type of degree for which the scholarship is awarded (i.e. Communications, Engineering, Science/Math, Social Sciences).
