Description:  The Development Director assists the Area Development Director (ADD) in the implementation of action plans developed with the national office; reaches fundraising targets to support the thirty-seven (37) UNCF member institutions and serves as an ambassador for UNCF, by engaging donors and leveraging relationships to meet revenue goals. Job Title:   Internal Audit Director

Description:  This position is responsible for the development, implementation and management of the internal audit and compliance function. One of the primary functions is the evaluation and improvement of the effectiveness of the existing control, governance and enterprise risk management process. Working in partnership with management, the individual will design and implement cost-effective procedures to ensure that internal controls are effective for reliable financial reporting, safeguard the organization's assets, provide for efficient processes and procedures and achieve regulatory compliance across the organization.

Job Title:   Program Manager-Atlanta

Description:  The Program Manager for the Career Pathways Initiative (CPI) is responsible for assisting with the development and managing of the planning and implementation phases of a new program at UNCF that seeks to strengthen institutional career placement outcomes at select Historically Black Colleges & Universities (HBCUs) and Predominantly Black Institutions (PBIs) by increasing the number of undergraduates who immediately transition to meaningful jobs in their chosen fields. The successful candidate will be part of a new team seeking to partner with HBCUs and PBIs to increase student career outcomes, and will work with a broad range of individuals and constituencies across the United States. The position requires a highly motivated and collaborative individual, who is able to communicate effectively, and possesses strong organizational, analytic, facilitation and writing abilities.

Description:  The Relationship Manager is responsible for managing designated scholarship programs that are administered within the Scholarships and Programs Division, including interacting with both donors, students, and departmental staff to maintain programs, and create new programs.
