Scholarship Detail:

Cincinnati Public School and UNCF are providing financial assistance through the Rosa E. Blackwell Scholarship Fund, named after retired school Superintendent Ms. Rosa Blackwell. This scholarship will assume the task of promoting achievement and encouraging exceptional youth to seek professional and technical careers. Recipients must show school and community leadership and service as well as good attendance and citizenship. Three scholarships will be granted to seniors attending a Cincinnati Public High School.
