Paul Quinn College

Paul Quinn College is a private, liberal arts institution and the oldest historically black college west of the Mississippi River. Paul Quinn College was founded by a small group of African Methodist Episcopal circuit-riding preachers in 1872. Today, Paul Quinn’s faculty and staff are a diverse group of exceptional Christian scholars and teachers committed to preparing students to become the leaders of tomorrow. The primary emphasis is on the intellectual, spiritual, emotional and social development of the student. Paul Quinn College offers bachelor of arts and sciences degrees with a range of majors available, including pre-medicine, nursing, teacher education, engineering and many science and technology subject areas.
