The Mayor Douglas Palmer - Trenton /UNCF Scholarship Program was initiated by the Honorable Mayor Douglas H. Palmer who is dedicated to providing financial assistance to students from Trenton city attending a UNCF member college or other HBCUs. The Honorable Mayor Douglas H. Palmer of Trenton City, NJ, has raised dollars to support students from the City of Trenton in their scholarly pursuit. Eligible students will receive $3,000 scholarship award.
