The Bessie I. Perryman Construction Education Scholarship will be awarded to high school seniors from a single-parent household within the state of Alabama or the city of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and suburbs. Applicants must attend Alabama State University, Cheyney University, Delaware State University, Lincoln University, Morehouse College, Spelman College and Tuskegee University. Candidates must also major in the fields of Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management and Finance.
