Area Development Director The Area Development Director (ADD) position will develop and maintain new business relationships with top level business executives to cultivate support for UNCF by soliciting new corporate funds. This position will also be responsible for identifying, recruiting and engaging high level campaign volunteers within his/her area of operation to support the 39 UNCF institutions.
