Reese brings to UNCF more than 30 years of financial management experience and has played key roles in major strategic moves for a variety of organizations, including Trinity College, the US Olympic Committee (USOC), Philip Morris and Price Waterhouse Coopers accounting firm.  He will direct UNCF’s financial operations including strategic planning, finance, accounting, budgets and compliance, treasury and information technology functions.

Reese previously served as Vice President of Finance and Treasurer of Trinity College in Hartford, Connecticut, a liberal arts college with 2,200 students.   Prior to that position, he was Chief of Finance and Administration for the US Olympic Committee in Colorado Springs, Co, where he was an integral player in the USOC’s business planning, budgeting, accounting, risk management and information technology activities.  He also served in a variety of financial, accounting and information services positions at Philip Morris.  Reese began his career as an auditor for Price Waterhouse Coopers accounting firm.

“Early Reese’s extensive financial management experience in profit and non-profit environments makes him an excellent addition to the UNCF team,” said Michael L. “I am excited about this opportunity. UNCF’s vision and commitment to minority higher education is championed by every employee and supported by hundreds of thousands of supporters nationwide, said Reese.  He continued, “I look forward to playing a role in the organization’s continued growth.”
